We require a 2-hour minimum booking, making the average cost for an event around $250 to $500.
Traditional Black & White $125 – $175 Fastest option; best for large guest lists.
Traditional Color $150 – $250 Vivid and detailed, but takes longer per person.
Digital Caricatures $250 – $300+ Drawn on tablets; includes digital file downloads or instant photo prints.
Black and white drawings: Take 4 to 6 minutes per person (10–15 people per hour).
Color drawings: Take 8 to 10 minutes per person (6–8 people per hour).
Planning Tip: In a standard party setting, roughly 60% of your guests will actually sit down to get drawn. If you have 100 guests, expect about 60 drawings. You would need one artist for roughly 4 to 5 hours of black-and-white drawings, or you may want to hire two artists to work simultaneously for 2 hours.
Travel Fees: If the artist has to travel outside their local zone, they may charge a flat travel fee or a per-mile rate (e.g., $0.75 per mile).

Retainer/Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to secure your date.
